Recommended WordPress maintenance is optional at $100/mo, in addition to $45/mo hosting. Website support for Lump Sum clients is $140/hour. New pages and larger changes are quoted separately. Before design approval, you can walk away with nothing to pay. If you cancel the Monthly plan after design approval but before 12 months, $4,800 less subscription payments already made is due. Cancellation after the minimum term requires 30 days’ notice.

We work with engineering and construction firms, home services, health and wellness businesses, non-profits, professional services and manufacturers. Tell us about your business on a free call, and we’ll talk through what you need.
Most standard websites launch in 2–4 weeks. Larger projects may take longer. Timing also depends on how soon we receive your content, photos and feedback.
We’ll ask for your logo, photos, business details and any website copy you already have. We’ll review everything with you and let you know what’s missing. Copywriting is available at a separate cost.

Yes. We build your website in WordPress and show you how to edit your text, photos and other agreed content. You can also ask us for help. New pages and larger changes are quoted separately.
Yes. Both standard plans include access to the premium software licences we use for your website. If you need an additional paid tool, we’ll explain the cost before you approve it.
On the Monthly plan, we handle hosting, WordPress updates, security checks, backups and website support. With Lump Sum, hosting is $45 a month. We recommend optional WordPress maintenance at $100 a month; website support is available separately at $140/hour. New pages and larger changes are quoted separately.
Send us the page link and tell us what you’d like changed. For text edits, include the new wording. We’ll let you know whether the change is covered by your support or needs a separate quote.
Yes. Website support is available at $140/hour. We recommend optional WordPress maintenance for updates, security checks and backups at $100 a month, with a 12-month minimum. Hosting is separate at $45 a month. Hosting and maintenance total $145 a month; support is billed separately.
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours, even if you cancel the Monthly plan.
No. If you cancel the Monthly plan, you don’t take the website with you. You keep your domain, logo, photos and written content. If you want to own the website, choose Lump Sum and it’s yours once paid in full.
Monthly lets you start with $0 upfront and pay $275 a month for your website, hosting, maintenance and support. Payments continue for as long as you’re on the plan. With Lump Sum, you pay $4,800 for the website build, plus $45 a month for hosting. WordPress maintenance is optional at $100 a month, and website support is $140/hour. Choose based on your budget and how you want to pay.
Yes. The Monthly plan has a 12-month minimum. We design and build your website with $0 upfront, and the commitment gives us time to recover that work. After the minimum, the plan continues month to month.
Yes. The Monthly plan continues at $275 a month after the 12-month minimum. That payment keeps your website hosted, maintained and supported. The website isn’t paid off after 12 months; Monthly is an ongoing service.
Yes. After the minimum, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. There’s no early-cancellation charge once you’ve completed the 12 months. Monthly payments continue until your plan ends.
You’re welcome to come back. Restarting the Monthly plan requires a new 12-month commitment, even if you completed the minimum term on your previous plan.
If you cancel after approving your homepage design but before completing the 12-month minimum, you owe the $4,800 website price less the Monthly plan payments you’ve already made. Before design approval, our Love Your Design Guarantee lets you leave with nothing to pay.
Your $275 a month covers a custom 5-page WordPress website, hosting, updates, security checks, backups, premium software licence access and support. Extra pages, blog setup and copywriting cost extra.
Pages beyond the included five are $250 each. Blog setup is $350. These are one-time charges on both standard plans. Copywriting is quoted separately, and we agree on all extra work before starting.
We design your homepage first and refine it with you. If you don’t love it, you can leave before approving the design with nothing to pay. We’ll refund any website payments already made and end the agreement. The 12-month Monthly commitment and early-cancellation charge won’t apply. Once you approve your homepage design, the guarantee ends and the normal payment and cancellation terms apply.
Monthly payments start when your website launches. We send invoices by email with payment instructions. For Lump Sum projects, we agree on the payment schedule before starting.
Please contact us as soon as you know a payment will be late so we can discuss it with you. Payment dates and any late fees are set out in your agreement.
Both standard plans include the basic SEO setup for your website. Ongoing work to improve your search visibility is a separate service. We’ll discuss your goals before recommending it.
Yes. We can help set up or review your Google Business Profile and connect it to your website. Tell us what you need, and we’ll confirm the scope and cost before starting.
