Pricing
Initial Estimate: You’ll get a realistic price range up front so you can quickly decide whether it’s a fit.
Defined scope = defined price: Every proposal is tied to a clearly outlined scope, so you know exactly what’s included.
Change control: Any additional work or scope changes are reviewed and approved before they impact the budget.
Payment milestones: Payments are broken into clear stages, so you’re never paying everything up front.
Price commitment: Once we agree on the scope and price, it won’t change unexpectedly.

Our Process
1. Introduction Call ~30 min
A quick call to understand your business, your goals, and what you’re looking to get out of the project. It’s also a chance to see if we’re a good fit before moving forward.
2. Estimate 1–2 days
We’ll follow up by email with a rough cost and timeline range based on what you shared. If the numbers work for you, we move forward. If not, we part on good terms.
3. Project Discovery 2–3 days
The discovery phase starts with a detailed questionnaire to gather the core information about your business and project requirements. We then review everything together on a follow-up call to refine the details. From there, we develop a clear plan that defines the project’s scope, structure, and direction.
Proposal 2–3 days
We write up a detailed proposal based on discovery — scope, deliverables, fixed price, and a realistic timeline with milestones. Everything’s spelled out so there are no surprises later.
5. Project Kickoff 1 day
Once the proposal is signed, we’ll hold a kickoff call to align on timelines, responsibilities, and next steps. We also handle setting up Google Analytics and Search Console to establish baseline data before launch.
6. Planning & Sitemap 3–4 days
We map out the site structure as a visual sitemap so the navigation and page hierarchy make sense from the start. For more complex builds, we’ll also put together wireframes to test how the site flows before we commit to a visual direction. You get a working blueprint instead of a surprise at the end.
7. Content & SEO 1–3 weeks (scope dependent)
Content is typically the slowest part of a project, so we prioritize it early. You can either provide your own copy or have us bring in a copywriter.
If you provide the content:
We structure it for clarity and usability, and handle the on-page SEO setup — including page hierarchy, headings, metadata, and technical best practices.
If we bring in a copywriter:
The content is written from the ground up with SEO in mind — including keyword targeting, messaging, structure, and conversion-focused copy.
8. Design & Development 3–6 weeks
This is where the site comes together. We build it in stages, sharing progress and gathering your feedback along the way. You’ll see how everything is shaping up before launch, so there are no surprises at the end. For larger projects, this timeline can range from 8 to 12 weeks.
9. Testing & QA 2–3 days
Before anything goes live, the site undergoes a full QA pass — cross-browser and cross-device testing, form and link validation, speed, accessibility, and security checks. On the SEO side, we finalize metadata, generate the XML sitemap, and set up 301 redirects so you don’t lose any existing search traffic in the move. Over 50 checks total.
10. Launch 1 day
Once you’ve signed off and the final invoice is paid, we handle the launch. We move your site live, ensure a smooth transition, and run a final round of checks to confirm everything is working properly.
11. Post-Launch (60 days)
Any issues identified within the first 60 days will be resolved at no additional cost, as part of delivering a successful launch.
12. Aftercare
Keeping your website maintained is what ensures it continues to perform over time. Our website management plans (starting at $125/month) cover updates, security, and ongoing upkeep — or we can guide you if you prefer to handle it yourself.
Frequently Asked Questions
We’re here to help with any questions you have about our plans. Here are a few of our most commonly asked questions.
What’s included in a typical website project?
Every project covers strategy, planning, content, design, development, testing, and launch. The exact scope is defined during discovery, so you know exactly what you’re getting before anything starts.
When will I know the exact price?
You’ll get a ballpark after the initial call, and a detailed fixed-price proposal after discovery. That way everything is clearly defined before you commit.
How do you make sure the project stays on budget?
Everything is scoped upfront during discovery and locked in at the proposal stage. If anything changes, we discuss and approve it before moving forward — no surprises.
How long does the process take from start to launch?
Most projects take 3–6 weeks once we begin the build, with additional time upfront for planning and content. Your full timeline is outlined in the proposal, so you know what to expect.
How much of my time will this take?
You’ll be involved at key stages — discovery, feedback, and approvals — but I guide the process so you’re not managing the project yourself.
What if I don’t have my content ready?
That’s common. We address content early in the process so it doesn’t become a bottleneck. You can provide it, or I can help bring in a copywriter if needed.
Will I be able to review the site before it goes live?
Yes. Everything is built on a private staging server, so you can review progress and provide feedback throughout the project — not just at the end.
What happens if I need changes during the project?
Feedback is built into the process, and we refine things as we go. If something falls outside the original scope, we’ll review it together before making any changes.
What happens after the website launches?
You get a 30-day window for minor fixes and adjustments at no extra cost. After that, you can choose ongoing support or manage the site internally.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes. Ongoing website management starts at $125/month and covers updates, backups, security, monitoring, and small content changes.
