How do you handle late payments?

Your invoice gives you 7 days to pay. After that, we’ll add a 20% late fee. If you’re on a subscription and have several invoices that remain unpaid for months, we may choose to cancel your contract. In that case, you’ll need to pay the full price of the website.

We’re usually very flexible and understanding when challenges arise, and we’re always happy to help when we can. However, if we don’t hear back from you or you don’t respond to our messages, we need to take steps to ensure we’re paid fairly for our work.
