Yes, eve if we were to purchase the domain for you, when you cancel your subscription we would transfer the domain to you. We aren’t in the business of collecting domains.
Yes, we build our websites using WordPress. For most projects, you will not need to purchase any plugins separately. We provide licensed access to the core plugins we use, such as form builders and other essential tools.
If your project requires a premium plugin that is not included in our standard toolkit, you would be responsible for purchasing and maintaining the license for that specific plugin.
Your invoice gives you 7 days to pay. After that, we’ll add a 20% late fee. If you’re on a subscription and have several invoices that remain unpaid for months, we may choose to cancel your contract. In that case, you’ll need to pay the full price of the website.
We’re usually very flexible and understanding when challenges arise, and we’re always happy to help when we can. However, if we don’t hear back from you or you don’t respond to our messages, we need to take steps to ensure we’re paid fairly for our work.
All website requests are submitted through our Client Portal.
We send invoices by email through Harvest, our online billing system. The email includes a link to a secure payment page.
We accept credit & debit cards.
We prefer ACH bank transfers (USA) or Interac/EFT payments (Canada) for larger payments to minimize processing fees.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT OUT OF COUNTRY CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.
If you sign a contract with us (either one-time or subscription) and and we haven’t started the project, we’ll refund your initial payment should you decide not to proceed. However, once the project has started, no refunds will be provided. Any exceptions to this policy would be at our discretion.
